In 1996 Ed Noonan cycled from Alaska to Florida and chronicled his daily adventures on a web site called Tailwinds. His trek began May of 1996 and he updated his travels with a daily narrative typed out on his laptop PC and digital photographs taken along the route. He continues to chronical other tours on his bicycle wiht his personal diary and travelogue.
